The PNW branch is looking for an outgoing and mission-oriented Legal Balances Assistant to be a part of our team at our Seattle, WA office. You would become a vital part of a close-knit group of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and staff who all share a profound dedication to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients with a professional, courteous manner

Confirm outstanding balances with providers and insurance payment information

Negotiate reimbursement with insurance

Audit payor ledgers to ensure accuracy and that there are no overpayments

Coordinating payments and facilitating the closing process with clients

Effectively maintain written and computer records in accordance with regulatory agencies

Experience and Professional Background

1-3 years Law Firm Experience (preferred)

1-3 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience (preferred)

Associate's degree (preferred)

Enjoy helping and interacting with people

Offer compassion to individuals who are injured

Can balance multiple tasks and cases without skipping a beat

Are driven to win and take pride in your work

Enjoy finding creative solutions

Are meticulous in record keeping

Compensation:

Pay rate: $21-24/hr.
