Your work will ensure they understand—and love—what we’re building for them.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a storyteller who’s strategic, collaborative, and fluent in both insight and execution.

What you’ll do

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for strategic product launches, owning positioning, messaging, content, and rollout plans from end to end.

Translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that clearly communicate customer value.

Develop scalable, engaging content for business owners, operators, and decision-makers across customer segments.

Own customer-facing product communications across channels such as in-product messaging, email, release notes, landing pages, and other launch materials.

Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with effective narratives, enablement assets, and training that build trust and support growth.

Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, validate messaging, inform decisions, and identify new opportunities.

Analyze performance data, test hypotheses, and iterate on messaging and go-to-market programs based on what works.

Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Pricing, and other teams to align stakeholders around launch objectives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.

Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives forward, balancing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Champion the customer perspective, ensuring their needs and experiences are reflected in product positioning and go-to-market decisions.

Experience you bring

8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or B2B technology, including significant experience leading launches from strategy through execution.

A strong body of work demonstrating your ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling content—such as presentations, videos, landing pages, campaigns, or thought-leadership content.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful customer-facing content and communicate confidently with executive stakeholders.

A proven track record of enabling Sales and Customer Success teams with practical, effective content, narratives, and training.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

An analytical mindset, including the ability to interpret data, test hypotheses, and apply insights to strategy, messaging, and execution.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track without losing sight of the broader strategy or creative story.

Comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex organizational dynamics with agility and optimism.

Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products and experiences that make a meaningful difference.

It would be a plus if you have

Experience marketing payments or fintech products.

Experience partnering with international teams and supporting launches across multiple regions.
