Lead budget and forecast cycles in close partnership with Operations and Commercial leaders - building rigorous, bottoms-up models that are both data-backed and actionable
Own and maintain gross margin workbooks on a monthly basis, incorporating actuals with precision and producing variance commentary that drives decision-making
Conduct ROI and cost-impact analysis on process improvements, product changes, and new initiatives - providing data-driven recommendations that guide spend decisions and resource allocation
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Clinical Operations and Commercial leadership - proactively identifying financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs that inform strategic business decisions
Build and maintain dynamic financial models using Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) to manage planning cycles, scenario modeling, and real-time financial reporting with efficiency and accuracy
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline recurring analysis, surface insights faster, and continuously elevate the speed and quality of financial deliverables
Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring finance is embedded in key operational and commercial discussions rather than operating as a back-office function
Translate complex financial data into strategic narratives that enable stakeholders to act with confidence and clarity
Champion a culture of financial discipline, proactive ownership, and data-driven decision-making across partnered functions
