Lead Backend Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Participate in backend business development, ensuring system security and high availability.

Communicate and understand requirements, support business development, and drive service launch.

Continuously optimize system architecture and tackle key technical challenges.

Understand the product pipeline and drive business growth through technology.

Job Requirements

Possess solid programming skills and be able to independently design and develop functional services.

Understand common Java design patterns and apply them appropriately.

Proficient in using common Java frameworks and tools, such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, SpringMVC, etc.

Familiar with database principles and related optimization solutions, proficient in SQL statements, and familiar with caching, queues, etc.

Strong sense of responsibility towards software products, good communication skills, and excellent teamwork ability.

Prior experience in payment channel integration is preferred.
