Land Owner Relations Manager

The Landowner Relations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and performance of the Landowner Relations team, ensuring landowner inquiries are handled accurately, consistently, and timely within a high-volume service environment.
The role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management while balancing productivity, quality, responsiveness, and the overall landowner experience.
The Landowner Relations Manager oversees case and task execution, workload and capacity, quality standards, and adherence to established Landowner Relations processes within a digital case management environment.
This position partners with internal teams to coordinate resolution of landowner inquiries, including complex or escalated matters, and identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
This role supports the continued evolution of Landowner Relations through improvements to processes, technology, reporting, automation, and digital capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and the landowner experience.

Required Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
3+ years of relevant experience in Owner/Landowner Relations, Land, Customer Service, Case Management, or related field.
Prior leadership, supervisory, team-lead, coaching, or demonstrated informal leadership experience.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, digitally enabled customer service or case management environment.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize competing operational and landowner needs.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Oil and Gas Industry experience.
Experience managing operational performance through metrics, reporting, workload management, and service expectations.
Experience with Salesforce or comparable case management/CRM platform.
Experience supporting process improvement, technology enhancements, automation, change management and adoption, or other operational initiatives.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
