We are seeking an experienced and analytical Inventory Analyst to drive physical stock accuracy, lead cycle count programs, and optimize inventory workflows across our operations. Operating with minimal guidance, you will apply advanced inventory management principles to evaluate complex variances, refine stockroom procedures, and interpret ERP data. You will serve as a key bridge between supply chain, quality, and engineering, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless material control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our San Francisco office 5 days per week.

Impact You'll Own:

Plan, execute, and refine scheduled daily and weekly cycle count programs according to ABC categories. Analyze variance trends to identify root causes and adapt counting strategies

Lead physical inventory reconciliation for both internal control reviews and external compliance audits. Evaluate conflicting data and establish audit trails in the ERP/WMS system.

Oversee the end-to-end MRB process. Partner independently with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to analyze non-conforming stock, establish root causes, and execute complex dispositions for scrap, rework, or obsolete revision parts.

Design, organize, and refine bin, shelf, and rack locations to maximize stockroom efficiency, velocity, and 5S compliance.

Research complex inventory discrepancies, evaluate system transactional histories, and devise solutions where standard guidelines may not fully apply.

Monitor stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to identify anomalies, prevent shortages, minimize overages, and maintain optimum balance.

Provide technical guidance to adjacent teams, supporting kitting workflows and ad-hoc logistics operations during high-demand production phases.

Monitor inventory levels across all inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shortages and overages

Provide ad-hoc support for kitting activities and minor logistics functions as operational demands require.

What You Bring:

4+ of relevant inventory control, cycle counting, or stockroom analysis experience (Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent career experience).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, applying strong judgment and analytical skills to resolve complex, varied inventory issues.

Proficient computer skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and email communication

Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and WMS tools, with a proven track record of maintaining complete, audit-ready data integrity

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate ladders or reach trucks safely, and work on your feet for extended periods in a dynamic environment.

Attention to detail, basic numerical literacy, and organizational discipline

Willingness to support flexible schedules, non-standard shifts, overtime, or weekends as dictated by production needs.

Experience in managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Problem solving skills and decision making abilities

What Makes You Stand Out:

Advanced hands-on experience executing complex inventory transactions, reporting, and reconciliations within NetSuite ERP

Deep component-level familiarity with high-mix PCBA inventory (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, and hardware revisions)

Direct experience preparing datasets for and hosting external financial inventory auditors

Experience working within high-reliability manufacturing environments governed by flight hardware standards, lot/serial traceability, ESD/FOD prevention, and 5S frameworks.

Experience refining existing inventory control procedures and adapting standard frameworks to build better operational workflows.
