Job Overview:
Location: Immerse yourself in our innovative culture! This role requires a commitment of 4-5 days in-office per week at our facility in Garden Grove, CA as well as full-time hours (40 hours a week).
Duration: 8 weeks for quarter or 15 weeks for semester (January 11 to April 30 OR January 11 to March 12)
Relocation Support: A $1,000 relocation stipend is available for interns currently residing more than 50 miles from Garden Grove, CA.
Compensation: Earn an hourly rate of $25-35 USD per hour
Job Summary:
Harbinger Motors is a VC funded early-stage electric vehicle startup based in Garden Grove, California focused on the commercial space. We are currently seeking an ambitious Business & Analytical student to join our Central Production team. As an intern, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & processes at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are running smoothly & are ready for scale. The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage.
What You'll Do:
Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
What You'll Bring:
Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies.
