We are currently looking for an Implementation Engineer (PingOne) to join KeyData’s Delivery Services team! This is a highly technical role that offers the opportunity to design, implement, and support modern cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform, with a primary focus on PingOne.

What You’ll Do:

Design, implement, and support cloud-based identity solutions leveraging the PingOne platform, including authentication, authorization, MFA, and identity lifecycle capabilities.

Configure and maintain PingOne services such as PingOne SSO, PingOne MFA, PingOne Authorize, PingOne Verify, and PingOne Protect.

Partner with application teams to integrate applications with PingOne using modern federation and authentication standards.

Perform Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.

Assist with migrations from legacy identity and access management platforms to PingOne.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable IAM solutions.

Troubleshoot authentication, federation, provisioning, and access-related issues within the PingOne ecosystem.

Support user lifecycle management, identity governance, and access management initiatives.

Ensure IAM solutions align with organizational security standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and platform management.

Monitor platform performance, availability, and security, and proactively address issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.

Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PingOne and Ping Identity solutions.

Strong experience implementing and administering PingOne services in enterprise environments.

Experience configuring SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and identity federation solutions.

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including:

SAML 2.0

OAuth 2.0

OpenID Connect (OIDC)

SCIM

Experience integrating cloud and SaaS applications with PingOne.

Experience migrating applications and users from legacy IAM platforms to PingOne.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across authentication and access management workflows.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of SSL/TLS, PKI, certificates, and certificate management.

Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingAuthorize.

Experience with hybrid IAM environments involving both cloud and on-premises identity solutions.

Familiarity with IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), WebSEAL, ISAM LDAP, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar access management platforms.

Experience with CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) implementations.

Ping Identity certifications are highly desirable. #LI-RJ1
