Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our growing APAC organization. This role will serve as a key partner to regional business leaders while partnering closely with global HR teams to deliver consistent, scalable people programs across APAC markets.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-oriented—comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while bridging global HR strategy with local market execution—ensuring that enterprise-wide programs (e.g., performance management, employee experience, and talent processes) are effectively implemented and thoughtfully localized for the APAC region.

This role will act as a critical partner to business leaders and employees, driving excellence across performance management, employee relations, compensation support, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership & Performance Management

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs, support workforce planning, and drive effective people strategies

Support job design, job descriptions, and competency frameworks aligned to business priorities

Conduct organizational and workforce gap analyses across competency, cost, and capacity dimensions

Identify opportunities to standardize and scale HR processes across APAC in partnership with global teams

Lead rollout and execution of performance management processes across APAC, including performance reviews and performance improvement plans

Provide coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness

Compensation & Benefits Support

Partner closely with U.S.-based Compensation COE to support market benchmarking, job leveling, and salary structure alignment across APAC

Assist in implementing global compensation and benefits programs, partnering with U.S. COEs to ensure alignment while localizing for APAC market practices

Ensure compliance with local payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements, while aligning global policies and governance frameworks

Employee Relations & Compliance

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including performance issues, employee concerns, and workplace investigations

Manage employee lifecycle processes including contract management, internal mobility, and offboarding

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Employee Engagement & Culture

Support local employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms

Partner with U.S. HR team to drive programs that enhance employee experience, culture, and retention

Act as a voice of the employee, proactively identifying and addressing workplace concerns

Ideal Candidate:

5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Generalist or HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

English and Mandarin fluency

Strong knowledge of HR practices across performance management, employee relations, and compensation

Experience working in multi-country or complex organizational environments preferred

Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR risk management

Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment

Experience in a US Headquartered multinational corporation, optimally across multiple markets in the region.
