Location & Work Model - Attention

Hybrid: Our team works in a hybrid model, combining remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration at our office, Vila QuintoAndar, located at Avenida Mofarrej, 971 - Vila Leopoldina - São Paulo / SP  03 days a week.

About the Position

We are looking for an analyst to join our IT Infrastructure (ITOps) team, supporting employees, maintaining the corporate environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The person will have contact with different areas of the operation, such as incident handling and resolution, configuration and management of Windows and macOS devices, onboarding and offboarding processes, asset management, and corporate tools.

In addition to operational activities, they will also have the opportunity to participate in projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsabilities

N1 Support: Resolve incidents and requests from employees (Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS).

Onboarding & Offboarding: Set up equipment and licenses and manage access for new hires and departures.

Systems Administration: Support the management of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and IAM/SSO tools.

Networks and Connectivity: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, local network, and VPN issues.

Asset Management and ITSM: Control hardware/software inventories and log tickets via Jira Service Management.

Projects and Automation: Participate in ITOps team improvements and automations.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Availability to be present at our office 3 days a week

Initial experience with corporate technical support.

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and smartphone operating systems (Android and iOS).

Basic understanding of networks, connectivity, VPN, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Good communication, organization, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.

Interest in learning and developing technically.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of MDM tools, such as Intune, Kandji, or Iru.

Experience with Jira Service Management.

Familiarity with asset management and/or onboarding/offboarding processes.

Basic knowledge of automation or scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Basic understanding of SSO, identity and access management.

English and/or Spanish.
