About Teamup

Teamup is a customizable shared calendar for business. 5 million people use a Teamup calendar every month to organize schedules, resources, and teams, from room bookings to complex job schedules for field crews.

About the role

Most people meet Teamup through a calendar someone shared with them. It solves their problem, and they come back. That sharing flywheel already drives Teamup's growth. This role builds on it: getting new admins to value faster, turning more viewers into admins, and making the move from free to paid clear and easy.

This is a full-stack growth product manager role, and Teamup's first dedicated to growth and reports to the CEO. You'll work amongst engineers and a dedicated support team, solving customer problems. As an independent self-starter, you find the problem, build the prototype, write the code with AI, open the pull request, ship it, and measure what it does.  This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the USA - Eastern time zone.

You'll own:

Time to value: the first session for every new admin, from signup to a shared calendar that solves their problem.

Activation: the definition, the events, the reporting, and the number.

The referral loop: how a shared calendar turns viewers into admins, including viewers on their phones.

The upgrade path: free plan limits, upgrade prompts, and the moment a free calendar becomes paid.

The AI onboarding agent that guides new admins.

The experiment cadence: what gets tested, what ships, and what gets cut.

What you'll do

Talk with customers and read support conversations every week to find where people get stuck.

Build prototypes to test ideas quickly.

Write code with AI, open pull requests, and ship to production alongside the engineering team.

Design with AI tools.

Instrument the funnel and build the reporting you run the work from.

The numbers you'll move

Activation rate, time to value, viewer-to-admin conversion, and free-to-paid conversion.

You'll be a great fit if

You have built and shipped products yourself

You have 5+ years in growth or product at a self-serve software company where customers sign up and pay without talking to sales.

You have owned onboarding, activation, an upgrade path, or an in-product share loop, with results you can name.

You write production code with AI, open pull requests, write SQL, and instrument events yourself.

You design with AI.

You stay close to the customer and change the product based on what you hear.

You are a self-starter who works independently alongside engineering and support.

You have done this at a small company or as an early hire.

You move fast.

The expected base salary  for candidates in the USA is: $135,000 USD excluding annual bonus and equity (when applicable).Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
