Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviews related to data security, account security, and fund security. Combine SOPs with risk judgment to complete risk screening and disposition; proactively identify various potential anomalies and risks.
Responsible for daily operations of security and risk control monitoring alerts at all levels; promptly identify, analyze, handle, and escalate abnormal situations.
Communicate with users and relevant collaboration teams; collect and review EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) materials; assist in completing identity verification and risk disposition.
Summarize typical risk cases; assist in optimizing review processes, operational SOPs, and risk control security strategies.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of work experience, with background in risk review, security operations, anti-fraud, or related fields.
Strong risk awareness and independent judgment; able to proactively identify anomalies and potential risks beyond standard SOPs.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and rigorous; good communication and collaboration skills.
Able to adapt to 7×24 shift-based work schedules.
Work Composition
Risk Control Alerts:
Withdrawal Review: The last line of defense for funds — the most important and primary work. Covers all scenarios including account risk, platform fund risk, and transaction risk; risk scenarios are differentiated by tags.
P0 / P1 Alerts: Faster response, more proactive risk management; generally higher-priority risks.
SF Tickets: Security parameter changes and manual account credits, initiated by CS (Customer Service), with risk control review making the final decision. Reason for this process: CS cannot independently assess risk, and full reliance on CS creates single-point-of-failure risk.
Workflow: When CS receives customer complaints related to risk that they cannot assess independently, they escalate to risk control for judgment assistance.
