About the Role

At Rubrik, we are seeking a leader for a strategic cross-functional role responsible for developing and managing the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). In this critical position, you will develop and manage the program's entire lifecycle, ensuring that our partners remain compliant with all professional requirements while facilitating deep cross-functional collaboration. You will play a vital part in building the operational foundation that allows our partner ecosystem to scale effectively alongside Rubrik’s growth.

For this role we want a strategic thinker and experienced leader with a passion for partner success and professional services excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational rigor, relationship-building skills, and deep program management expertise.

Reports To: Vice President, Global Professional Services

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Build and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP), establishing it as a world-class standard for partner excellence.

Governance & Compliance: Drive and enforce program participation requirements to ensure all partners meet Rubrik’s high standards for service delivery and technical proficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager to align enablement goals with business objectives.

Partner Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with various enablement teams, including GSI, MSP, and SI partners, to develop and scale specialized partner tracks.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the RPSP, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, and strategic program evolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services (PS) partner program development and management.

Executive Presence: Significant experience with executive-level interaction, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives.

Industry Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing partner enablement systems specifically for a Global Professional Services business.

Organizational Navigability: Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcomed.

Program Management: Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range

$172,800—$259,200 USD

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range

$155,500—$217,800 USD
