What You'll Do

Manage high-impact initiatives including distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and software integrations

Drive logistics readiness, site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with 3PLs and brokers to establish seamless new global market fulfillment channels.

Partner with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary documentation, product certifications, and import/export compliance approvals prior to go-live.

Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing system integrations (e.g., SFDC, CampusShip) to increase efficiency.

Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships by standardizing onboarding checklists, facilitating system integration, and developing vendor-facing playbooks.

Establish SOPs & change management by owning comprehensive process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to guide cross-functional teams.

What You Bring

7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or international operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with deep familiarity in PM methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

Proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously while navigating competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear project documentation and deliver executive reporting.

Demonstrated analytical and data management abilities to track performance metrics, identify risks, and drive informed decisions.

Familiarity with customs clearance and international trade compliance processes
