About the Role: Remote LPC Clinical Supervisor (Georgia)
We are looking for LPC-credentialed clinical supervisors to oversee associate-level clinicians providing teletherapy services to students across Georgia. As a Remote Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective care while mentoring associate clinicians and collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners.
License Requirement: Fully licensed LPC with active Georgia LPC Supervisor credential (approved by the Georgia Composite Board to supervise LAPCs).
What You'll Do
Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with LAPC associate clinicians, per Georgia Board requirements.
Review and sign off on associate clinicians' clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
Guide case conceptualization and support sound clinical decision-making on complex or high-risk cases.
Track and document supervision hours in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.
Provide real-time consultation and support for crisis or risk situations as they arise.
Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of care for students.
Lead case consultations and training sessions to strengthen supervisees' clinical skills.
Give ongoing feedback on associates' performance, including input toward licensure readiness.
Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health's clinical supervision practices and training curriculum.
