What You’ll Do

Perform daily responsibilities safely and accurately, following established procedures and protocols

Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving

Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently

Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

3–5 years of related or similar work experience

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Attributes:

Dependable and detail-oriented

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality

Good communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and grow through on-the-job training

Work Environment

Moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials (light to moderately heavy), and occasional lifting of heavy objects (50+ lbs)

May include exposure to various environmental conditions such as weather, noise, or chemicals

PPE provided and required as necessary

Supervision & Decision-Making

Works under close supervision with regular feedback and guidance

Follows established procedures and standards

Makes straightforward decisions within clearly defined guidelines

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00- $27.00. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits
