About this Position

We are looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer who is passionate about building exceptional AI-driven web applications and experiences with an entrepreneurial mindset. Somebody who has taken a product from 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and beyond. If you are skilled in modern frontend frameworks (such as React or Next.js), comfortable working with LLM integrations, and experienced across the full backend stack (including cloud systems), G-P could be the perfect place for you. You'll be instrumental in designing and delivering high-quality, AI-powered applications that help solve complex global business challenges, all while taking ownership of product features and contributing to our product vision. In addition to frontend development, you will also work on backend services, AI data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure components to ensure seamless and robust solutions.

What You Will Do: A day in the life of a Full stack AI Engineer at G-P involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and Generative AI workflows. You will be contributing to key architectural decisions to ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces while making sure that user-centered design principles are adhered to. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to drive the product vision, identify user needs, and translate those needs into impactful features. Your work will also involve managing cloud deployment processes, optimizing model and application performance, and integrating LLM APIs and backend services. Additionally, you may develop and maintain backend services using Python, NodeJS, or Go, and manage cloud infrastructure with AWS. You will thrive on innovation, solving complex challenges, and delivering cohesive fullstack AI solutions that make a real difference for our users.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Expertise in fullstack web development using frameworks like React, Next.js, or TypeScript.

Proven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases into web applications.

Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach.

Competence in backend development using Python, NodeJS, or Go, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering patterns.

Proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.

Ability to manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to cloud platforms.

Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, focusing on cloud architecture, serverless integrations, and backend infrastructure.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to balance speed and quality, with ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UX Design, contributing to intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for AI products.

Knowledge of natural language processing for legal or business applications is a plus.

Experience in Product Management or an entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus, especially if you enjoy taking ownership of features and working to identify user needs and translate them into compelling AI and backend solutions.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $117,600 - $147,000 plus variable compensation.
