Full Time Caregiver – Monmouth Junction, NJ

A family in Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and attentive caregiver to assist a 63-year-old male living with Parkinson’s disease. Primary priorities include fall prevention, steady physical support, safety, and maintaining a consistent daily routine.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Approximately 35 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

Provide light mobility support and standby transfer assistance to prevent falls throughout the day

Administer timely medication reminders

Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing as needed

Drive recipient to local medical appointments using caregiver's personal vehicle

Engage in friendly conversation and offer light daily routine assistance

Requirements:

Physical ability to assist with steadying and transfers

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

Attentive, patient, and safety-focused demeanor

Previous experience caring for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, mobility limitations, or fall risks strongly preferred

Compensation:

$20.00–$25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
