Full-Stack Software Engineer - Alts Data Management

The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.

What You’ll Do

Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.

Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.

Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.

Learn and promote best engineering practices.

Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.

Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance

Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Extensive software engineering experience

Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery

Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action

Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems

Excel at written and verbal communication

Experience with financial services or wealth management operations

Experience with object-oriented programming

Experience with AWS or another cloud platform

Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform

Experience with gen AI for coding
