Forward Deployed Engineer
Overview of Role
As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to ensure our customers are achieving successful implementations of complex end-to-end deployments of frontier models. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout. You must have a strong understanding of the go-to-market and sales processes. Gap identification and whitespace mapping comes naturally to you. Through your collaborative interactions with our teams and stakeholders, you’ll have an active role in shaping our stakeholder experience from start to finish.
You will measure success through production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and eval-driven feedback that changes product and model roadmaps. You’ll work closely with our Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
