Now Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the bank’s financial strategy and decision-making processes. This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions and ensure financial health. The FP&A Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

What You’ll Contribute as the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Financial Planning, Models, and Reports

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports analyzing variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, coordinating with business units, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and cost management projects.

Monitor and report on the bank’s financial performance against targets, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Collaboration and Process Improvement

Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, providing financial guidance as needed.

Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and process improvements.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles. Strong plus if within banking or financial services sector.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a strong plus.

High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Strong ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

What to expect from your physical environment

Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.

Standard banking hours, with occasional overtime during peak reporting periods.

Occasional U.S travel for company events and leadership sessions.

Sustained standing and sitting.

Frequent communication (speaking and listening) in person, via email, text, phone, or video chat and use of PC.

Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
