The role

The Finance Business Partner acts as a financial advisor to commercial and operational teams across the business. The role provides analysis and financial guidance to support budget control, cost discipline, and ongoing monitoring of profitability and ROI for major commercial initiatives.

The Finance Business Partner together with the Head of Business Partnering, also sets the financial frameworks and methodologies used for ROI and profitability calculations, ensuring consistency and rigor across the organization. The role works independently on complex analyses, partners closely with stakeholders, and contributes to budget planning, financial governance, and continuous performance monitoring.

Your responsibilities will include:

Business Partnering

• Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted financial partner to stakeholders in the business.

• Develop and maintain reports for functions leaders and provide financial insights.

• Support business owners with budgeting, monthly reviews, and cost control.

• Communicate financial implications of business activities to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Drive annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles for dedicated functions.

• Prepare financial dashboards, variance analyses, and performance insights for business functions.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Contribute to improving FP&A tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.

• Support automation efforts and enhancement of planning systems and BI dashboards.

• Recommend process improvements that increase visibility, control, and analytical depth

We expect you to have:

6+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, commercial finance, or similar roles.

Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial analysis skills.

Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams.

Understanding of revenue dynamics, cost structures, and unit economics.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of fostering strong relationships and collaborating effectively with multicultural teams across various regions and time zones.

Extensive experience with planning applications (Oracle NSPB is preferred) and related tools (Oracle EPM/NetSuit, BI tooks, etc.)

Ability to work independently on moderately complex financial problems.

Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.

Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with incomplete data.

Proactive, solution-driven mindset with high ownership.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative and able to build strong cross-functional relationships.

High resilience, with the ability to maintain sound judgment and performance in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

Experience in SaaS/tech businesses, or infrastructure/capex-heavy operations.

Exposure budget control, HC planning, or Opex management.

Experience in international, and fast-paced

Professional qualification or progress toward CMA/CIMA/CPA/CFA or equivalent.
