The Opportunity:

The Field Service Planning Manager will define LG's field service planning department’s overall direction and develop key initiatives to meet its business objectives.

This position will oversee the development and implementation of strategic planning functions for competitive advantage and success in the field service department.  The manager is responsible for interpreting complicated business operations while considering the current field market situation and would implement business concepts including planning, trending, forecasting, and business modeling.

This position will set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide guidance on collecting and analyzing a variety of data sets to execute key field service activities across many owned sites.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement field service planning team's overall business strategy

Interpret different kind of data sets (Repairs, Sales, Calls, Digital contents, VOC, Web, Intelligence, Surveys & internal platform) to get insight and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction

Manage and optimize Field Service network coverage by analyzing locator performance, technician availability, and authorized service center coverage.

Monitor and improve network coverage through capacity planning and service provider expansion initiatives.

Manage Field related Return Authorization operations and continuously improve related processes and performance.

Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide timely business insights for management

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators across Field Service operations.

Develop and manage technician and ASC incentive programs to drive operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reports for leadership

Support annual operational planning, budgeting, and business strategy initiatives

Drive continuous process improvement through standardization, and best practices

Summarize on-going business development/issues and escalate internal/external communication with responsible departments/management

Market research including SWOT analysis and benchmark for competitive advantage

Education / Experience (Requirements):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field

8 years’ experience in strategy planning and relevant experience.

Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite, Data analytics tools

Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)

$100,000—$113,000 USD
