Executive Services Program Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a personal security program manager to support a fast-growing GSIS (Global Safety, Intelligence & Security) function. Reporting to the Protective Service Senior Manager, and working within the broader direction the Protective Services Lead sets, this role sits at the intersection of corporate security fundamentals and program management execution. You'll execute a defined slice of the policies, processes, and reporting that let the function scale, working within scope your manager sets rather than defining that scope yourself, and you'll support cross-functional projects of low to moderate complexity.
This is not a purely administrative role. You'll need enough security domain grounding to work credibly alongside experienced practitioners, enough program discipline to execute reliably against a defined plan, and enough judgment to know when to flag something up rather than push forward on your own. Most of what you touch will already have a framework your manager has set; your job is to execute cleanly within it and surface what needs a decision above your level.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the policy and procedure library for your assigned GSIS sub-domain, following the framework your manager sets, flagging gaps rather than resolving them unilaterally
Support the GSIS metrics and reporting framework for your assigned scope: pull together operational health and status updates on a defined cadence
Execute assigned tasks in the build-out of net-new capabilities, under close direction from the Senior Manager or Lead; contribute to documentation and training materials
Act as first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within your assigned domain, resolving directly where the answer is clear and routing everything else up with context
Contribute to audit-ready documentation within your scope, following existing templates and standards
Support cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity, owning specific workstreams within a project rather than the project's overall scope, timeline, or stakeholder communication
You may be a good fit if you:
Have program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate/physical security domain: you understand what a personal security program looks like, even if you haven't run one independently
Have contributed to a personal security program or capability build in a high-growth environment, including documentation, playbooks, or training materials
Bring working familiarity with at least one or two GSIS domains, with the speed and willingness to build fluency in others
Have supported the development of policies, procedures, or documentation that held up under review
Write clearly and can document security concepts for both specialist and non-specialist audiences
Are comfortable executing against a defined scope, and know to escalate when something shifts beyond that scope
Care about Anthropic's mission and the unique security considerations that come with building frontier AI systems
Strong candidates may have:
Worked at an AI-focused organization, frontier technology company, or similarly high-growth, high-scrutiny environment
Some operational exposure to a GSIS discipline (intelligence analysis, threat assessment, investigations, executive protection, or security operations center work), even if not as the primary owner
Supported an organization through a security audit, compliance exam, or diligence process
Supported a security program with a regional or multi-site footprint
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
