We're looking for an Executive Producer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, production excellence, and client partnership. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering some of the industry's most ambitious automotive experiences, from executive conferences and dealer meetings to large-scale consumer activations and brand experiences.

As an Executive Producer, you'll be trusted to lead complex multimillion-dollar programs, inspire cross-functional teams, guide clients through critical decisions, and bring bold ideas to life with flawless execution. You'll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on production leader, ensuring every event exceeds expectations while maintaining financial discipline and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead High-Impact Experiences

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex B2B conferences, executive meetings, launches, and consumer-facing experiential programs

Transform creative concepts into executable production strategies that deliver exceptional attendee experiences

Anticipate challenges before they arise and confidently navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Serve as the senior production voice and trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders

Build Exceptional Client Partnerships

Develop deep relationships with senior client stakeholders and become a trusted extension of their team

Guide clients through budgeting, production strategy, risk mitigation, and execution planning

Balance creative ambition with practical production solutions that maximize impact and efficiency

Inspire confidence through proactive communication, leadership, and problem-solving

Develop Talent & Strengthen Teams

Mentor producers and project teams while elevating overall production capabilities

Create learning opportunities around budgeting, reconciliation, vendor management, and best practices

Champion a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on growth and continuous improvement

Step into critical moments to provide leadership, direction, and support when needed

Own Financial Performance

Manage multimillion-dollar budgets with precision and accountability

Lead forecasting, reconciliation, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting

Drive profitability without compromising creative integrity or client satisfaction

Ensure financial health and operational excellence across all assigned programs

Deliver Flawless Event Execution

Lead onsite execution across conferences, meetings, launches, and experiential activations

Oversee production partners, technical teams, venues, labor, and suppliers

Maintain composure while making real-time decisions during critical show moments

Ensure every detail supports the creative vision and client objectives

What We're Looking For

15+ years of live event, conference, experiential, or production leadership experience

5+ years managing large-scale, complex programs from concept through execution

Deep expertise in B2B conferences, executive meetings, and theatrical productions

Experience leading large consumer activations and branded experiences

Strong understanding of AV, lighting, scenic, staging, venues, labor, unions, streaming, and event operations

Experience with show calling and stage management is highly desirable

Proven success managing large budgets and driving financial performance

Exceptional client-facing communication and leadership skills

Ability to travel up to 30% and support evening/weekend event execution as needed
