Executive Producer – Assets at Scale & AI Generative Production
About the Role
Monks is seeking an Executive Producer specializing in Assets at Scale & Generative AI to elevate creative excellence and lead high-stakes, technology-driven content productions. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Production, you will architect scalable AI content systems while directing complex, multi-disciplinary engagements—ranging from high-stakes content pipelines to advanced digital architectures.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring an industry leader who can seamlessly bridge creative vision, advanced AI workflows, and operational rigour across global accounts.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & System Architecture
Architect AI Pipelines: Design, implement, and standardise scalable AI content systems, workflows, and production pipelines to optimize efficiency and output quality across the agency.
High-Stakes Production Management: Lead large-scale, high-stakes productions independently and/or overseeing Sr Producers executing, managing complex, multi-stream deliverables spanning video, digital, social, and generative assets.
Process Optimization: Identify and solve complex system challenges, establishing agency-wide production toolkits, documentation, and operational standards.
Creative Delivery & Innovation
Elevate Creative Execution: Oversee creative development, animation, post-production, and generative asset creation, converting complex creative ideas into stronger, feasible executions.
Network & Partnerships: Maintain strong industry relationships with A-list partners, AI tech providers, and emerging talent to keep production solutions innovative and culturally relevant.
Risk & Feasibility Management: Advise creative and account teams on pipeline choices that protect creative integrity while managing feasibility across time, budget, and technology constraints.
Client Relationship & Financial Governance
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, leading them with confidence through complex, high-risk digital and AI transformations.
Scoping & Budgeting: Lead scoping, establish success metrics, monitor project burn rates, and ensure long-term account financial health.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess project risks, identify out-of-scope requests, and manage estimates and budget allocations.
Team Management & Mentorship
Team Leadership: Oversee and brief multi-disciplinary teams of producers, animators, and post-production specialists.
Talent Development: Mentor senior and junior producers in creative problem-solving, advanced scoping methodologies, and risk assessment.
Resource Planning: Build agile resourcing models to deploy optimal personnel as project scope evolves.
About You
The essentials:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in an integrated producer or production leadership role within a creative agency, digital production house, or post-production studio.
AI & Tech Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in AI video production processes, generative workflows, and scalable asset creation platforms.
Production Mastery: Proven track record of managing large-scale productions across content (broadcast, social, post-production) and digital architecture.
Client Facing Presence: Exceptional client management skills with a track record of building trust with executive stakeholders.
Financial & Scoping Acumen: Expertise in scoping, bidding, SOW creation, budget monitoring, and margin optimization.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong group moderation skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Production, or equivalent experience.

This role offers location-based salary ranges. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
