To be able to Join the ELEVI you will need-

You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

You must have a current or active security clearance with a FS polygraph.

Over the last 19+ years, you have gained demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or both)

Strong understanding of identity, access, and security models

Ability to manage multiple services and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Your Day to Day will include but not limited to

Engineer, support, and optimize enterprise‑grade services across large‑scale environments

Monitor service performance, availability, and reliability; ensure adherence to SLAs

Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, identity, VDI, monitoring, and cloud platforms

Drive continual service improvement through root‑cause analysis and performance tuning

Support cloud transition initiatives, including re‑platforming and modernization of on‑prem services

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise services

Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions for proactive detection and remediation

Document engineering processes, configurations, and operational procedures

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

93,000-175,000
