SUMMARY

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to support enterprise and division-specific marketing execution for one of the nation's largest grocery retailers. In this role, you will help bring an enterprise marketing plan to life, briefing and coordinating agency and marketing partners, safeguarding brand guidelines, and ensuring every campaign reflects the brand’s marketing messaging matrix. You'll operate within an agile marketing team spanning paid media, customer lifecycle programs, digital and social communications, brand building, and marketing measurement, insights, and analytics, all in service of enterprise and division-level business goals.

COMPETENCIES & CORE BEHAVIORS

Execute and support execution of marketing plans, solutions, and campaigns that advance the team’s enterprise business goals and division-specific priorities.

Develop and distribute internal communications across the organization to inform, educate, and engage associates, ensuring campaigns and plans are executed flawlessly.

Brief creative and marketing tactics and manage the review and approval process to ensure every execution is on-brief, on-brand, error-free, and customer-ready.

Leverage tools like Adobe Workfront to manage collaboration across agency partners and cross-functional internal teams to apply marketing fundamentals consistently across the holistic plan.

Apply insights and campaign results to continually strengthen marketing communications and drive stronger outcomes.

Manage campaign-level budgets and support financial forecasting.

Partner across an agile marketing team spanning paid media, customer lifecycle programs, digital and social communications, brand building, and marketing measurement, insights, and analytics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or adequate industry experience.

EXPERIENCE

6+ years of brand management experience, with a proven track record of developing brand strategies that deliver business results and brand growth.

Strong, process-oriented mindset; proven ability to optimize ways of working using project planning tools, Microsoft 365 Suite & AI.

Experience in brand strategy creation, with a strong emphasis on applying data and insights to the work.

Experience using planning and PM tools to manage teams, deliverables, and provide feedback (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike)

Experience guiding strategic creative development and partnering effectively with agency teams to achieve business and consumer objectives.

Ability to generate forward progress in environments that lack perfect clarity or prescriptive direction.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief and align cross-functional and agency partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in grocery, retail, CPG, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand management, or within an advertising/creative agency supporting a retail client.

Experience with physical signage and packaging.

Experience managing campaign budgets and financial forecasting.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement platforms and translating insights into creative briefs.

Experience operating within an agile marketing team structure.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Onsite professional corporate/office environment. (Downtown Cincinnati, OH)

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Monday through Friday, normal business hours
