The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA.

We're evolving how we do Emerging Talent recruiting. In 2026 and beyond, this isn't just about filling a calendar of campus events. It's about building a predictable, high-quality pipeline, delivering a candidate experience people talk about, driving representation at the entry level, using data to make sharper decisions, and taking smart risks to keep improving how we do all of it. This role is central to that shift.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture. The relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace (3 days/week in our Paris office) to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You'll Do

Own the pipeline and candidate experience

Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion,

Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer

Maintain funnel momentum, diagnose issues early, and unblock your pipeline weekly

Be a brand ambassador

Represent Datadog as a premier employer for emerging talent across university campuses and virtual channels in EMEA

Own key university and student organization relationships; act as the face of Datadog on campus

Plan and execute recruiting events, career fairs, hackathons, info sessions, and "beyond campus" engagements that create real excitement, not just check a box

Embed yourself in the culture of the schools and organizations you partner with, and connect that understanding back to our recruiting goals

Drive inclusive, representative hiring

Build inclusive sourcing and engagement strategies and track representation across your funnel

Identify where diverse candidates drop off and take action to improve outcomes at every stage: outreach, interview, and close

Use data to get better, not just to report

Know your personal KPIs (conversion, offer acceptance, funnel health) and use them to self-correct

Use AI-enabled tools to summarize data, spot trends, and reduce manual work, while checking outputs for accuracy before acting on them

Bring insights and recommendations to hiring partners, not just status updates

Innovate and iterate

Test new engagement formats, sourcing strategies, and event formats; measure what works and share it with the team

Adopt a "Start, Stop, Continue" mindset after each recruiting cycle

Who You Are

For Recruiter:

1-3 years of experience in campus, university, or early career recruiting

Proven ability to build and manage a candidate pipeline end-to-end

Comfortable with data and the ability to track your own numbers and use them to improve your approach

Organized and adaptable; you can run multiple events, timelines, and candidates at once without dropping the ball

Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus

Willingness to travel to campuses across Europe

For Senior Recruiter, additionally:

3-5+ years of experience in campus/early career recruiting, including ownership of complex or high-priority school relationships and programs

Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and holding hiring teams accountable to shared goals

History of mentoring or coaching other recruiters and setting the bar for team behaviors

We understand not everyone will meet every qualification on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about early talent and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
