Director of Revenue Operations
About the role
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to own the planning, forecasting, and operational infrastructure behind our Success organization. You will help our Client Strategy and Enterprise teams retain brands, deepen product adoption, and grow subscription and performance revenue across the existing customer base.
Working directly with our Revenue Operations leader and closely with Success leadership, you will turn company priorities into goals, compensation plans, and practical ways of working. You will own an operational roadmap and carry initiatives from the initial question through implementation, team adoption, and measurable results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building. You are comfortable challenging an assumption, working through a detailed model, leading a business review, and partnering with technical teams to make a process better. You will have the opportunity to build the foundation for our next stage of growth and see your work make a difference in how teams operate every day.
What you'll own
Planning & performance: Lead annual and quarterly Success planning. Turn revenue objectives into goals by segment, team, and account, and build models that connect retention, adoption, spend, and capacity.
Forecasting: Own the Success forecast across renewals, expansion, churn, and performance products, including Opportunities and Spotlights. Standardize MRR and NRR definitions, run forecast reviews, and track accuracy.
Compensation: Design and manage Success comp plans with Finance and People. Set measures, weightings, thresholds, and accelerators, model costs, and own rollout, documentation, and payout accuracy.
Segmentation & capacity: Build balanced books across SMB, Growth, and Enterprise. Own coverage, rebalancing, and hiring/capacity models.
Brand lifecycle: Standardize the process from Sales-to-Success handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Turn risk and growth signals into action, and operationalize pricing and packaging changes.
Systems & reporting: Own the Success systems roadmap with the Salesforce and Data teams. Build dashboards and planning tools, use automation and AI to cut manual work, and set metric definitions teams trust.
RevOps partnership: Act as Success's primary operational partner. Turn strategic questions into recommendations, run business reviews, and lead cross-functional initiatives end to end.
What we are looking for:
7+ years in RevOps, CS Ops, or BizOps, with real ownership of post-sale performance
Have led planning, forecasting, retention analysis, and capacity modeling
Have designed and rolled out variable comp plans
Are a strong modeler, comfortable in spreadsheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (SQL a plus)
Have built processes customer-facing teams actually use, and can influence across Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and technical teams
Communicate clearly with executives and ICs, and enjoy moving between strategy and execution
NYC-based or willing to relocate before start date
Bonus: experience with marketplaces, creator marketing, commerce, or hybrid subscription + usage-based revenue, plus using AI and automation in ops workflows.
What success looks like
Success leaders have a trusted view of performance, risk, and what's needed to hit plan
Goals and comp plans reinforce priorities and are easy to understand and administer
Forecasts get more accurate, predictable and explainable
Teams spend less time reconciling reports and more time helping brands succeed
RevOps leadership can count on you to run the Success ops agenda end
