Director of Revenue Marketing
About the Job:
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Revenue Marketing will design, develop, and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to accelerate pipeline growth, net-new customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment, this strategic leader will manage a multi-million dollar budget and oversee multifaceted global marketing operations spanning demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital media, campaign management, and performance analytics. By leveraging data-driven insights, deep customer intelligence, and modern AI-driven technologies, you will build highly scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact. You will serve as a key cross-functional partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that forward-facing marketing initiatives perfectly align with business objectives, optimize funnel conversion rates, and maximize return on investment across all target geographies.
What You'll Do:
Accelerate Global Pipeline & Demand Generation: Develop and execute an integrated global pipeline strategy across multi-channel environments—including digital, email, content, paid media, and events—while owning the marketing-sourced pipeline target and defending performance metrics with rigorous data.
Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and launch sophisticated ABM initiatives tailored to specific audience segments, key buyer personas, strategic target accounts, and specific industry verticals to drive engagement and velocity.
Champion Revenue & GTM Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, SalesOps, and Revenue Operations to build unified go-to-market strategies, establish robust operational SLAs, ensure seamless lead handoffs, and optimize conversion efficiency from initial lead to closed ARR.
Optimize Marketing Operations & Technology: Oversee the marketing operations function to continuously improve lead management, scoring, automation, and routing workflows, while integrating AI, agentic workflows, and emerging technologies to boost operational efficiency.
Scale Content & Field Enablement: Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to produce high-impact, customer-facing assets—such as case studies, webinars, reports, and white papers—that clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and support cross-sell and retention initiatives.
Mentor and Develop Global Teams: Lead, coach, and empower a regional marketing team and external agencies across multiple geographies (including NOAM, EMEA, and APAC), fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
Extensive B2B SaaS Leadership: 10–15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, highlighted by at least 5+ years of building and leading high-performing teams, with proven experience managing functional leaders rather than just individual contributors.
Broad Functional Domain Expertise: True organizational breadth across marketing, with a demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns, ABM, field events, paid media, and operations, rather than deep specialization in a single motion.
Global Market Execution: Substantial experience running marketing campaigns across multiple global regions, showcasing the ability to balance a centralized global strategy with localized execution through direct teams and regional agencies.
Technical & Martech Fluency: Hands-on experience working within a modern revenue stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6sense, alongside tools like ZoomInfo, routing software, and automated gifting platforms, coupled with strong instincts for attribution and lead scoring.
AI and Automation Integration: Practical experience building, directing, or implementing AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation for orchestration, data synthesis, and rapid follow-up systems.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A proactive, data-anchored communicator who is comfortable with board-level and executive reporting, possesses exceptional budget management skills, and can translate revenue goals into highly structured, visible tracking dashboards.
Ecosystem Familiarity (Preferred): Prior experience marketing to finance, accounting, or technical personas, ideally within a partner-led or ERP platform ecosystem such as NetSuite.
