Drive adoption of procurement policies across departments, ensuring purchases and contracts follow approved workflows.

Serve as the primary escalation point for procurement exceptions and policy conflicts.

Train department heads and budget owners on procurement processes and system usage

Technology & Process Improvement

Evaluate, recommend, and implement procurement software platforms (e.g., P2P/source-to-pay tools) that integrate with LinkSquares and NetSuite

Own the procurement tech stack roadmap, including automation of requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and vendor management.

Manage relationships with procurement software vendors, including implementation and ongoing optimization.

Vendor & Contract Oversight

Oversee sourcing strategy and major RFx events led by the RFx/Sourcing Manager

Personally lead or co-lead the most strategic/high-value vendor negotiations and relationships.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop dashboards and report on procurement spending, savings, and compliance for executive leadership.

Ensure procurement data integrity and accurate spend categorization within NetSuite.

What We Need

10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience

3+ years in a leadership/people-management role.

Proven record of building procurement functions or programs from scratch and managing/owning such function through scaled growth.

Experience implementing or managing procurement/P2P software platforms.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence and drive process adoption across departments without direct authority.

Excellent analytical skills with experience building spend reporting and dashboards.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus)

Firsthand experience with NetSuite

Experience with LinkSquares or other CLM tools strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like in the First Year

Procurement policy and approval workflow implemented and adopted company wide.

Recommendation (and ideally implementation) of a procurement platform integrated with NetSuite and LinkSquares

Measurable reduction in off contract/maverick spending.

Established reporting cadence on procurement spending and savings for leadership.
