About Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA)

Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA) is the analytics intelligence and measurement function within Monks’ Data and Digital Media practice. IMA is accountable for how performance is measured, how insights translate into business decisions, and how the full breadth of Monks’ capabilities comes to life inside each account. IMA combines deep measurement expertise with the senior client-advisory practice - and is the engine through which client trust compounds into long-term growth. As AI reshapes consulting delivery and marketing measurement, IMA leads that shift across the practice. IMA serves four client archetypes - Global Accounts, Content Accounts, Media-First Accounts, and Marketing/Web/CRM/Tech and AI-Implementation - with a consistent operating model and leadership standard across all four.

The Role

This is the first level of full account ownership. As a functional leader, you own a book of clients and its P&L, translate practice strategy into a functional plan, and are accountable for budgets, team performance, and the health of every relationship in your book. You are the senior link between Monks’ strategy and the work that reaches the client.

The substance of the work differs by team - a Global Accounts engagement looks different from a Content learning agenda, a Media-First remit, or a MarTech implementation - but the level is consistent: ownership of a book, a team, and a P&L, with the judgment to make scope, investment, and growth decisions that hold up commercially and with the client.

Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership & P&L

Own the financial health and operating rhythm of your book - planning, forecasting, delivery reviews, and resourcing. Bring sound judgment to scope, investment, and pricing within your accounts.

Account Development

Build each account into a stronger partnership. Grow relationships through deeper domain engagement and by introducing adjacent Monks capabilities where genuine client need exists. Structured account development is a consistent expectation.

Client Outcomes & Sponsorship

Anchor senior client relationships and serve as a trusted leader at the moments that matter - QBRs, escalations, and key decisions. Build executive sponsorship within your book.

Delivery Economics

Manage resourcing, scope discipline, margin, and AI-accelerated delivery. Partner with Finance and Resource Management to keep the right people on the right work.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the analytics professionals in your book. Build the bench, manage performance, and drive diversity outcomes in hiring, promotion, and inclusion.

AI-Enabled Delivery

Integrate Monks.Flow and partner AI platforms into how your team delivers and how clients measure. Identify where AI improves economics or unlocks client value, and build the business cases.

Market Intelligence & Firm Contribution

Act as Monks’ senior presence in your accounts. Surface market intelligence through structured briefings to IMA leadership, and connect firm expertise to client needs.

Required Qualifications

8+ years in management consulting, strategic advisory, or senior analytics leadership at scale

Direct experience owning named client relationships and being accountable for account economics and growth

Deep domain fluency in at least one IMA area

P&L literacy across a book - utilization, realization, gross margin, scope economics, and pricing

Track record building and leading embedded analytics teams

Ability to operate credibly with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership

Commercial fluency in SOW negotiation and value-based scoping

Strong Plus

Quantified account development - relationships grown into multi-capability engagements

Hands-on GenAI or agentic integration into delivery with measurable outcomes

Productized methodology or playbook shipped beyond a single book

Senior platform partnership experience (Google, Meta, Adobe, Amazon, or similar)

Cross-domain experience across more than one IMA practice area

Recognized vertical expertise; external thought leadership
