Your Mission

Your mandate is to make the growth team, and Engine as a whole, compound. The platform you build is what every other motion runs on: the account scoring and signals that tell GTM teams which accounts to work, the website that turns page creation into a programmatic engine, and the outbound automation and internal AI tooling that multiply what every person can do. When the platform gets sharper, everyone's numbers move with it.

What You'll Own

The growth engineering function. Lead and develop the engineers who build growth's platform, tooling, and experiments. Set the technical bar and the pace.

Internal AI innovation. Drive how growth, and the broader org, uses AI and agents to move faster, with the guardrails and QA to keep quality high as output scales.

Account scoring and signals. Own the models that prioritize accounts by intent and fit, expand the workable pool through new vertical signal sources, and surface the right triggers to GTM teams before spend goes elsewhere. Make the model precise enough to move the right accounts, not just more of them.

The website as a system. Turn page creation from hand-built one-offs into a factory: programmatic, data-fed, on-brand pages at near-zero marginal cost, paired with a disciplined experimentation program on the pages that drive the most revenue.

Outbound automation. Build the automation systems and frameworks that broaden the top of the funnel and feed outbound with qualified, compliant leads.

What You'll Bring

Engineering leadership experience, ideally owning growth, platform, or marketing engineering at a B2B SaaS company.

A track record of building durable systems rather than one-offs: scoring and prioritization models, data pipelines, programmatic web, or marketing automation.

Strong AI execution. You build with agents yourself, design systems that let teams self-serve, and add QA gates before quality slips.

Fluency with data and experimentation; you know how to size a test and which metrics to trust.

Comfort owning a modern web stack (Astro, headless CMS, and similar) and the tooling around scoring, signals, and outbound.

High-agency and hands-on, able to align engineering, data, growth, and GTM without burning cycles.

We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis. We review applications as they are received and encourage interested candidates to apply early.
