About this Role

Our Director of Digital Marketing plays a key role in driving Arkestro’s growth and brand visibility. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond campaign execution—someone eager to experiment, innovate, and discover new ways to engage our audience and elevate the impact of our digital marketing. In our small, collaborative team, you’ll balance strategy and execution to scale our reach and impact.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)

Develop and implement SEO strategies e.g. improving organic search rankings (Google, LinkedIn, Supply Chain / Procurement digital sites)

Manage and update the Arkestro website, including optimizing landing pages and website content for conversions; and, analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement

Build and refine lead funnels and nurturing workflows in CRM tools e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce

Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, 6sense ads)

Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using data to guide experiments and make recommendations for improvement

Manage a team of digital marketing consultants to execute and deliver against our business priorities

Ensure consistent brand voice and design across all channels, maintaining a unified and cohesive identity in all marketing materials and communications

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to wear multiple hats, stepping in to support high-priority initiatives beyond core responsibilities

Qualifications

5+ years experience working in digital marketing, ideally for a SaaS company

Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Hubspot is a must)

Experience with Intent Marketing platforms such as Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc

Proven track record of delivering projects on time for executive-level teams

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a growth stage company and passion to work with disruptive technology

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently

Exhibit a keen eye for detail in designing documents, website layouts, ads, and social media cards, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand assets.

Pay Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
