Diesel Mechanic - Truck Shop - Clinton, MD

We’re looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team at our Clinton, MD shop. This is a great opportunity for a high-level technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to work alongside a solid team that respects skill and experience.

The right person for this role has strong experience working on heavy trucks and equipment and can confidently diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. You know your way around diesel engines, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and getting equipment back on the road the right way — not just the quick way.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for Level 3 Technicians & $3,000 for Level 2 Technicians

Quarterly Tool Allowance: $250 per quarter ($1,000 per year)

$200 Annual Boot Allowance

Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday from 6:30a - 3:00p (NO WEEKENDS)

Benefits:
