We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to join our 11-Delivery department. The role involves spearheading automation, continuous integration and deployment practices, and cloud-based DevOps strategies to support cutting-edge enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in containerization, cloud platforms, and scripting within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software deployment.

Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalable application delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows through automation.

Leverage tools like Terraform for infrastructure as code to enable cloud-based solutions on Azure.

Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Champion agile and DevOps best practices, ensuring consistency and high-quality deliverables.

Drive troubleshooting sessions to solve critical operational issues across environments.

Key Skills:

Proven analytical thinking for solving complex infrastructure and deployment challenges.

Expertise in automation, CI/CD, and scripting with tools like GitHub and Terraform.

Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Deep knowledge of Scrum and agile processes.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in DevOps or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Proficiency in shell scripting.
