Demand Generation Manager ANZ
At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives each Klaviyo brings to our workplace every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you're a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you'll still consider applying.
About the team
You'll report to the Head of Demand Generation, APAC, and partner closely with Sales, BDR, Partner Marketing, Brand & Content, and Product Marketing to make sure every campaign, account play, and event is judged the same way: does it move the pipeline, and would we know if it didn't.
About the role
Pipeline doesn't only move through inboxes and ad platforms. Sometimes it moves through a well-timed gift, a room full of the right accounts, or a booth conversation that turns into a meeting. This role owns three of the most tangible levers in ANZ's demand generation mix: integrated campaigns across the funnel, account-based marketing (digital, lifecycle/nurture, direct mail), and the experiential programme, from flagship K:City events (K:SYD) to executive roundtables and industry tradeshows, that puts Klaviyo in the room with the accounts that matter.
You'll adapt global and international campaign strategy for local relevance, and flag when local reality means we should do something different altogether.
This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities. You won't have direct reports, but you'll need the judgement and stakeholder skills of someone who could.
How you'll make an impact
Demand generation and campaigns
Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across ANZ, spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, field/events, and ABM
Localise and adapt global campaign frameworks for regional relevance. Language, buyer behaviour, channel mix, and competitive context differ market to market, and campaigns need to reflect that
Partner with BDR, Sales, Partner Marketing, and shared services teams (Brand & Content, Creative Services, Product Marketing) to align campaign timing and messaging with regional pipeline goals and account priorities
Manage campaign calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and global contributors across timezones
Field marketing, ABM, and events
Own ANZ's field marketing programme: account-based plays (1:1 and 1:few), direct mail, gifting, and other tactics tied to named target accounts
Own APAC's experiential and events programme end-to-end: flagship K:City event (K:SYD), executive roundtables, premium corporate hospitality, and industry tradeshows across ANZ
Partner with Sales to build and maintain target account lists, and design field tactics that reflect where each account sits in the funnel
Track and report campaign performance by channel, with a clear point of view on what's working, what isn't, and why
What success looks like
Every campaign, account play, and event can be tied back to pipeline, and we'd know if it didn't move
Integrated campaigns across ANZ are localised for regional buyer behaviour, channel mix, and competitive context
Field tactics and ABM plays are aligned with Sales on target account lists and reflect where each account sits in the funnel
The events programme, from K:SYD to roundtables and tradeshows, puts Klaviyo in the room with the accounts that matter
Campaign performance reporting comes with a clear point of view on what's working, what isn't, and why
Who you are
5+ years in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally with hands-on ABM and events experience in B2B SaaS
Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, from planning through execution to reporting, in a lean-resource environment
Experience managing media budgets, with or without agencies, with a clear read on where spend is and isn't working
Strong commercial instinct: you evaluate every paid channel, event, account play, or field tactic through a pipeline and ROI lens, and you're comfortable making that case to senior stakeholders
Able to read data and turn it into a recommendation, not just a report. Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce (or equivalent) preferred
Strong collaborator who can align global and local priorities without treating either as the default answer
Organised enough to manage multiple workstreams, campaigns, and events at once, and pragmatic about where to flex process versus where to hold the line
Comfortable working async across timezones with a globally distributed marketing team
Genuinely curious about what makes buyers different in Australia and New Zealand and across different industries, and willing to say so when a global template doesn't fit
Why this role is compelling
This role owns the most tangible levers in ANZ's demand generation mix, from integrated campaigns to account-based plays to flagship events like K:SYD. You'll have the scope to shape how global strategy lands locally and the mandate to say when ANZ needs something different altogether.
Klaviyo in APAC
The Sydney team has been built out since 2022 across sales, CS, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support, with a growing Singapore presence. This is still an early-stage APAC business with significant headroom — a team established across the region today, and a leadership bench largely promoted from within.
You'd be joining at a genuinely formative moment: the country model for ANZ is new, the operating systems are being built now, and the person in this seat will shape how Klaviyo runs this market for years rather than inheriting someone else's design.
