About The Role 💻

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong scientific mindset and relevant experience to help us bring societal impacts to market and make a difference. You would be part of a team of +20 international Data Scientists coming  from top Academic Institutions and Tech Companies with a shared passion for data science and a growing mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a Data Scientist  you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and maintaining machine learning and other data science products already in production.

Building end-to-end machine learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent systems that deliver transparent, accurate sustainability data to our customers.

Analyzing complex data sets autonomously

Participating in the development of proofs of concept

Keeping always an eye on the business needs & opportunities.

Communicating with a diverse set of stakeholders with different backgrounds

Location 🌍

The role is based in our tech hub in Madrid, Spain, but we are remote-friendly and open to the CET timezone +/- 2 hours.

What You’ll Need 👀

2 years of experience working in Data Science products or PhD in ML / Applied Math / Quantitative Research / Statistics / Computer Science … or any related field.

High level in the Python data science ecosystem (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, …)

At least well acquainted with working in collaborative code bases (Git) and production code (beyond notebooks)

Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, design, performance).

Experience with LLM/Agent prompt/retrieval design, vector databases, tool use/agents, evaluation and safety/guardrails.

You care about sustainability and impact

You are willing to learn and share your own learnings

You are transparent and care about communicating effectively and constructively

Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about making an impact with data & science

Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)

Nice To Have ✨

Experience in a start-up

MSc/PhD degree in CS/EE/STEM or related field

Experience with fintech/data products or sustainability/ESG domains.
