Job Description

We are seeking a Data Research Specialist I to join our Data Operations team. This role involves efficiently managing large volumes of data and supporting our Product and Tech teams with data validation, analysis, and updates.

Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data aligned with project or business objectives.

Identify, verify, and compile accurate information from credible sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures without deviation to maintain the highest standards of data quality.

Consistently deliver data with over 95% accuracy, maintaining a minimal error rate across all deliverables.

Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance are as per set standards.

Complete all assigned tasks and deliverables within the agreed turnaround times.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., BCA, BBA) or completion of a data-oriented course.

1+ years of experience in Primary and/or Secondary Research.

Well-versed with Web Research, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple sources.

Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with a positive attitude towards work.
