About you (Who you are)
2-5 years of data analyst experience – You’ve created and owned end-to-end data products in consumer organisations.
Advanced analytical thinking & tool proficiency – Expert in SQL, Python, and Sheets, with a focus on uncovering drivers of business performance and shaping data-informed strategy.
Applied data science for commercial outcomes – Skilled in using statistical techniques, experimentation, and behavioural data to answer complex business questions and guide commercial decision-making.
Ambiguity & a fast-paced environment excites you – Your curiosity drives you to ask ‘why?’ to get to the next level of understanding; and you can do this work at speed.
You see more than the data – You have strong business and commercial acumen, and get to the ‘so what’ based on the analysis you do. You help shape the right analysis for the decision at hand.
Attention to detail – You have a high bar for ‘correct’, and work through nuances in the data to surface when an insight can be relied on and when it can’t.
Exceptional communicator – You distil complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that cut through the noise, enabling teams to quickly understand the ‘so what’ and take decisive action.
