Customer Success Manager (Partners)
Title: Customer Success Manager
Department: Partnerships
Reports To: SVP, Channel and Partnerships
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: US, remote (East Coast Preferred)
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager on our Partnerships team, you'll be the advocate for our channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances, and for their downstream clients. You'll learn each partner's business, go-to-market strategy, and goals, then use that knowledge to advise them, find co-selling opportunities, and turn partners into raving Prove fans. You're curious about how technology solves problems and enjoy mixing people skills with product know-how.
What You'll Do
Be the trusted partner advisor: Run regular business reviews and executive-level QBRs. Cover partnership status, current and future joint integrations, and the value Prove delivers. Align with partner leadership on commercial goals, joint marketing, and long-term plans.
Own partner health: Drive Partner NPS and the overall health of your partner portfolio. Become an expert on each partner's business model and downstream use cases.
Grow indirect revenue: Forecast live revenue flowing through partners and understand their pipelines and seasonality. Secure renewals on time. Work with Partner Account Managers on volume commitments, added AGV, and cross-sell/up-sell.
Drive adoption: Work with Account Directors and Technical Account Managers to find optimization opportunities and maximize the value partners get from Prove.
Resolve and escalate: Create, track, and escalate partner issues across Support, SC, Product, Data Science, and Fraud.
Know the product: Understand how our products embed into third-party platforms, and explain new features in terms of partner and end-user benefit.
Travel: About 20% for partner visits and industry events.
