The role

Nuitée is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the team that keeps the travel experience running smoothly for travellers.

Day to day, you'll be the point of contact for the partners who rely on Nuitée's platform to book hotels through our partners: guests who need fast, reliable support to keep their operations moving. A lot of the work is steady and relationship-driven. And when things do go wrong — a booking falls apart, a disruption cascades, a case gets complex — you're the one who owns the resolution.

The role sits at the intersection of partner success and traveller experience. You're not just solving a ticket; you're making sure the chain holds together so that the person at the end of it gets where they need to go.

What makes it interesting for you

You'll work closely with customers across the region, building the kind of trust that comes from being consistently reliable, not just reactive. When escalations do land, you'll have the autonomy to coordinate across internal teams, hotels, and partners to get to resolution quickly and professionally.

You'll also contribute to how the emergency function improves over time — better processes, clearer playbooks, and support for junior team members when the pressure is on.

The kind of problems you'll work on

A partner is flagging a booking issue that's affecting multiple travellers. How do you coordinate a resolution across teams without losing momentum?

An escalation is coming in hot and a junior team member needs real-time guidance. How do you keep the standard high without slowing things down?

A recurring disruption pattern is creating friction for a key partner. How do you document it, flag it, and help fix it upstream?

This role fits someone who

Has 3–4 years of customer service experience, ideally in travel or hospitality

Builds trust with partners through clear communication and consistent follow-through

Stays sharp and decisive when situations escalate, without cutting corners

Is fluent in Business English and Thai — an additional Asian language is an advantage

Knows their way around Microsoft Office and customer service tooling

Is organised, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of cases from first contact to resolution

Nuitée moves fast, keeps process light, and expects high ownership. This role suits people who enjoy building strong partner relationships, take pride in resolving complex situations well, and want to contribute to something that improves over time. It's less suited to people who prefer purely transactional work or want to stay behind the scenes.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply with your CV & LinkedIn profile — the process is straightforward and typically takes two to three weeks.
