Customer and Partner Marketing Specialist
Reporting to the Sr. Partner & Customer marketing manager, this individual will serve as our lead content strategist and storyteller, dedicated to uncovering, shaping, and sharing the success stories of our customers and partners. You will sit at the intersection of customer marketing, partner marketing, and content strategy, turning technical use cases into compelling narratives.
A heavy focus of this role will be the end-to-end management of multi-media content creation—specifically video production and written case studies—featuring our global ecosystem of customers and partners. Ideal candidates are creative storytellers, organized project managers, and cross-functional collaborators who thrive in a dynamic environment and can work effectively with sales, product, partners, and external vendors to increase the availability of customer and partner representation in our global campaigns.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
Impact You'll Own:
Act as the lead content strategist for customer and partner success stories, defining how we capture and tell joint value stories across different verticals.
Scope, script, storyboard, and project manage customer & partner video testimonial projects working with internal creative teams or external production agencies from concept to final cut.
Write and produce high-impact written case studies, blog posts, social proof snippets, and slides.
Organize and manage the customer and partner reference database.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to identify, nominate, and pipeline new customer and partner advocates.
Project manage the end-to-end review and approval process for all joint assets.
Collaborate with Growth and Regional marketing teams to integrate customer/partner stories and videos into active demand generation and regional awareness campaigns.
Document, track, and regularly communicate metrics of success, content performance, and program insights for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Brand/Video Production Management.
Multimedia Storytelling: Proven experience managing video production workflows (scripting, interviewing, and directing production) alongside traditional written and webinar content creation.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple content workstreams, manage external vendors, and drive deliverables with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex, technical use cases into human-centric, value-driven stories.
Relationship Building: Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust easily with high-profile global customers and partners.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only.
