POSITION SUMMARY

Located at our Cottage Grove, MN location, the person in this position would assist with assembly of exterior doors.    Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assemble custom entry doors by following standard work instructions

Work as a member of a team to Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assembly of exterior doors

Work with warehouse and shipping associates making sure you have the right materials and entry door units are arriving in shipping on time

Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of assigned work area

Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School diploma/GED required

Carpentry experience required

Experience working with blueprints

Experience with power tools

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong communication skills

Safe working practices

Natural detail-orientation

Ability to accurately read orders and assembly to customer specifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 75 lb

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day

Minnesota Hourly Range

$22—$25 USD
