Role: CRM Campaign Manager

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business

THE ROLE

This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Mexico City as CRM Campaign Manager— executing the email campaigns that drive enrollment across a healthcare education institutions.

Based in Mexico City, you'll be one of three Campaign Managers— translating campaign strategy into precise, technically accurate email executions at high volume and pace. Every campaign you build feeds that intelligence loop.

We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.

The CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution of multi-channel campaigns (Email and SMS) across the company's enrollment marketing programs. You build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns within the company's Marketing Automation Platform (Oracle Eloqua), ensuring it works seamlessly with the core CRM (Salesforce). You will translate segmentation logic, personalization specifications, and content briefs from the CRM Strategist into fully built, QA-checked, deployment-ready campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy omnichannel campaigns (Email and SMS) across education institutions natively within Oracle Eloqua. Follow campaign briefs, audience segmentation specs, and content guidelines provided by the CRM Strategist.

Platform Orchestration: Manage campaign setup including audience list imports, segmentation application, dynamic content configuration (e.g., by program, degree level, or student milestone), and A/B

Agile QA & Approvals: Execute pre-deployment QA including seed list testing, cross-client rendering checks, link validation, and content accuracy. Enforce a strict "correctness only" review tier to prevent late-stage subjective wordsmithing and maintain a "pace over perfection" standard for deployment.

Deployment Management: Manage campaign scheduling and deployment, including time zone management across the company's US-based student audiences.

Data & CDP Alignment: Support the CRM Strategist by leveraging segments mapped from the Customer Data Platform (Hightouch) and Salesforce stage/disposition funnel data to ensure the right message hits the right audience.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance post-deployment, utilizing tools like Validity for deliverability and inbox placement. Flag delivery issues, bounce rates, or unsubscribe spikes immediately.

Process & Documentation: Maintain campaign documentation, build logs, audience specs, test results, and deployment records.

Reporting Support: Contribute to campaign performance reporting by compiling execution data to support Power BI dashboard analyses and the CRM Strategist's optimization loop.

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of hands-on experience building, segmenting, and deploying complex email and SMS campaigns in an enterprise Marketing Automation Platform. Deep technical proficiency in Oracle Eloqua is strictly required.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of how Marketing Automation Platforms (Eloqua) integrate with enterprise CRMs (Salesforce) and Customer Data Platforms (Hightouch CDP).

Technical Campaign Proficiency: Advanced skills in native audience segmentation, dynamic content configuration, personalization variables (CDOs), and A/B test configuration within Eloqua.

Design-to-Code Familiarity: Experience working within modern creative workflows, specifically familiarity with Figma and Figma-to-HTML automation plugins.

Deliverability Best Practices: Strong understanding of email deliverability, bounce management, suppression logic, and opt-out compliance. Experience with deliverability tools like Validity is highly preferred.

Additional Stack Experience: Familiarity with Movable Ink (for dynamic email widgets) and Power BI (for data visualization) is a strong plus.

Project Management Savvy: Experience working in enterprise intake and project management tools (Workfront, Monday.com, OMG) and comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent campaigns across different brands.

Workflow & QA: Strong attention to detail with a systematic, objective approach to pre-deployment QA.

Communication: Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub role. Experience working in distributed teams and cross-location workflows.

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

Curiosity about AI-assisted campaign tools, including AI-driven subject line testing, send-time optimization, and personalization automation

Willingness to develop proficiency with Pencil's direct connection to ad account performance data and incorporate those insights into campaign execution

Systematic approach to campaign management: organized, process-driven, and proactive about flagging execution risks

Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts.

If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
