The CRC Program Manager will provide programme governance, coordination and delivery oversight for major strategic programmes across CRC's Technology Risk and Controls teams, as well as priority projects sponsored by the Chief Cyber, Risk & Compliance Officer. Reporting to the CRC Operations & Reporting Lead, the role will help turn strategic priorities into governed, measurable and well-controlled delivery plans, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and progress reporting. The role will also take ownership for CRC involvement in mergers, acquisitions and divestments, including maintenance of CRC playbooks, coordination of integration and divestment tracking, and alignment of Enterprise Security, technology risk, assurance and controls requirements through the deal lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

Establish and maintain programme governance for CRC strategic programmes, including plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependency maps, decision records, status reporting and action tracking.

Coordinate major initiatives across Technology Risk & Assurance, Enterprise Security, Resilience, and wider Enterprise Technology teams.

Provide programme support for Chief Cyber, Risk & Compliance Officer special projects, ensuring delivery remains structured, prioritised and transparent.

Own the CRC MA&D operating rhythm, including intake, triage, due diligence support, integration/divestment tracking, stakeholder coordination and executive progress reporting.

Maintain and continuously improve CRC MA&D playbooks, checklists and templates covering technology risk, controls, assurance, operational security and Enterprise Security requirements.

Track MA&D integration and divestment progress against agreed security, risk and control baselines, escalating ownership gaps, late actions, TSA risks and unresolved dependencies.

Coordinate inputs from Enterprise Security, Technology Risk & Assurance, Enterprise Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance and OpCos to support consistent CRC engagement.

Support business cases, programme proposals, investment requests and benefits tracking where CRC strategic programmes require funding, prioritisation or leadership approval.

Prepare concise committee packs, programme updates and executive narratives that highlight delivery status, key risks, decisions required and next actions.

Use workflow tooling, dashboards, AI-enabled productivity tools and automation to reduce manual reporting effort and improve programme transparency, evidence quality and follow-through.

Promote consistent project governance, clear ownership and pragmatic delivery discipline across CRC strategic initiatives.

What you'll need:

Experience in programme management, project governance, transformation delivery, technology risk, security, or broader technology delivery roles.

Strong understanding of programme governance disciplines, including planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision management, stakeholder reporting and benefits tracking.

Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives within complex, matrixed or global technology environments.

Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestments, carve-outs or transition service arrangements would be highly advantageous.

Good appreciation of cyber security, technology risk, operational controls, audit, resilience and assurance considerations within technology programmes.

Ability to convert complex delivery information into clear, concise and action-oriented leadership updates.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence coordinating senior and technical stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies.

Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.

Curiosity and practical experience using automation and AI-enabled tools to improve programme governance, reporting, knowledge management and status tracking.

Desirable Qualifications

Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent professional experience are desirable.
