Impact In This Role

A detail-oriented and analytical Costing Engineer joining our C&DFM team will be 100% focused on platform quoting enhancements for the US market. You will play a key role in ensuring our e-commerce quoting platform remains accurate, competitive, and aligned with market realities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review and update cost inputs across the platform to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

Identify gaps and advise on quoting parameters that need updates or improvements

Analyze quoting trends and provide actionable insights to improve platform performance

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to platform quoting accuracy for the US market

Document changes and maintain version control of costing parameters

Desired Traits

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

4–7 years of experience in costing, estimating, or manufacturing engineering

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes CNC machining with machining background.

Experience with e-commerce or digital manufacturing platforms is a plus

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools

Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles

Prior experience in a high-growth tech or manufacturing company
