Position Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join Genscript's team to conduct high-volume recruitment activities for a ~6 month contracted period, with the potential to be converted to permanent after the contract period.

Please note that this position is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ (4 days per week with 1 day of remote flexibility) and will offer approximately $40 - $43 per hour based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high volume recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions in US sites

In particular, the candidate will be heavily involved in passive sourcing via Linked-In Recruiter to diversify talent pipeline for mid-senior to upper management level roles

Once candidates are identified, conducting the initial phone screening, coordinating follow up interviews, and passing off these leads to the talent team when applicable.

Responsible for hosting weekly new hire orientation sessions and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees

Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience with Talent Acquisition in a fast paced environment

Experience as a Headhunter or coming from an agency background is preferred

Specific recruiting experience in the biotechnology / life science / biopharmaceutical industry is a strong plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build strong rapport with business stakeholders

Experience passive sourcing and diversifying talent pipelines- through Linked In Recruiter and related channels

Experience with driving process standardization and improvement efforts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
