We are seeking a Full-Cycle Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts within our Plastics Department, focusing on recruiting hourly manufacturing talent for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, partnering with hiring managers, and helping organizations attract top talent.
What You'll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly manufacturing positions
Recruit for 1st and 2nd shift production and operations roles within the Plastics Department
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure a positive candidate experience
Extend offers and assist with pre-employment onboarding activities
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Attend hiring events and support community recruiting initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled labor positions preferred
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
